New Ericsson analysis has highlighted the rising want of many staff for a hybrid working setup alongside firms’ obvious reluctance, or incapacity, to adapt.

The corporate’s Way forward for Work Life report covers the responses of 38,000 staff and an extra 3,600 decision-makers from 2022 throughout 30 international markets, making it one of many largest scale present research of its kind.
